Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries Official's Elder Brother Lee Rae-jin Attends General Meeting in Person to Testify
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] A delegation led by Ha Tae-kyung, a member of the People Power Party, will depart on the 13th to attend the 18th General Assembly of the "Inter-Parliamentary Coalition for North Korean Refugees' Human Rights (IPCNKR)" held in Washington D.C., USA.
IPCNKR was established in 2003 by parliamentarians from South Korea, the United States, Japan, and Europe to discuss and cooperate on improving human rights in North Korea. Ha serves as a co-chairman of the organization.
The IPCNKR General Assembly, scheduled for the 15th, will be attended by domestic delegates including Co-Chairman Ha Tae-kyung, Hong Seok-jun, Hwang Bo-seung-hee, Ji Sung-ho, and Honorary Founding Chairman Hwang Woo-yeo, as well as international parliamentarians such as Young Kim from the U.S. House of Representatives, Masaharu Nakagawa from the Japanese House of Representatives, and Hideshi Futori from the Japanese House of Representatives.
