On the final day of the tournament held on the 11th (local time) at Kenwood Country Club (par 72, 6,515 yards) in Cincinnati, Ohio, Lee Jeong-eun6 recorded a 2-under-par 70. Her final total was 14-under-par 274, placing her 4th.
Starting the final round 4 strokes behind the leader, Ally Ewing (USA), Lee Jeong-eun6 made 5 birdies but also 3 bogeys, reducing her score by only 2 strokes.
After the match, she said, "I am satisfied to be in the top 5 after a long time," adding, "There were many good shots and good putts that make me look forward to upcoming tournaments." She also added, "If I recover well and refine my improving shot sense through practice, I think I can play even better."
The victory went to Ally Ewing, who finished at 22-under-par 266. Although Ewing only reduced her score by one stroke in the front nine and briefly lost the lead to Lin Xiyu (China), who shot 7-under-par that day, she secured the win by making five consecutive birdies from the 12th to the 16th hole. Lin Xiyu also threatened the lead by reducing 5 strokes in the back nine but had to settle for second place by one stroke.

Maria Fassi (Mexico) took 3rd place with 16-under-par 272, while Kim A-lim (26) and Andrea Lee (USA) tied for 5th with a final total of 13-under-par 275. Choi Hye-jin (23) finished tied for 14th with 9-under-par 279.
