Workers are arriving one after another to assist with recovery efforts along the coastline scarred by Typhoon Hinnamnor.
On the 7th, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Saewool Nuclear Power Headquarters (Head Lee Sang-min) contributed to the recovery of damage in Nasari, Seosaeng-myeon, and Jinha 1st and 2nd villages in Ulju-gun caused by Typhoon Hinnamnor, the 11th typhoon.
On this day, about 30 employees from the Saewool Volunteer Corps participated in the recovery work after urgent requests for emergency restoration support due to typhoon damage were made by Nasam Village and Jinha 1st and 2nd villages, working hard under the hot sun.
The employees involved in the recovery support cleaned village roads and coastal areas covered with branches and debris caused by strong winds and heavy rain. They also provided heavy equipment necessary for maintaining the sandy beach and restoring the village’s internal streams.
The head of Nasam Village, who participated in the recovery work, expressed gratitude, saying, “The Saewool Headquarters employees stepped forward wholeheartedly and worked together on the village recovery efforts, which was a great help.”
