Under this agreement, each organization will collaborate by leveraging their respective capabilities to address pressing regional issues such as low birth rates and solitary deaths among elderly living alone. The pilot project will be conducted in Naju City, with plans to expand nationwide in the future.
The household care service for pregnant women will be carried out through cooperation between KISA, Naju City, and the Jeonnam Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency Foundation. It aims to enhance user convenience by simplifying service procedures such as consultation, which was previously only possible by phone, as well as reservation, billing, and statistics.
The health management support for elderly living alone will be implemented through collaboration between KISA, Naju City, and Hanyang University Survival Signal Information Research Center. Using a survival signal information recognition app, it will provide health checks for 80 elderly individuals living alone in dementia-safe villages, automatic emergency requests in urgent situations, and customized health information.
