POSCO E&C to Hire New Employees in Second Half of Year... 10 Fields Including Electrical and Civil Engineering
[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] POSCO Engineering & Construction announced on the 2nd that it will begin recruiting new employees for the second half of 2022.
The recruitment fields include a total of 10 areas: mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, architecture, chemical engineering, landscaping, safety, research and development (research and development), planning, and support. Eligible candidates are those who have already graduated and can join in January 2023, as well as those expected to graduate in February 2023.
Applications can be submitted through the POSCO Group recruitment website until 2 PM on the 21st of this month. To address applicants' questions regarding recruitment, campus job fairs will be held at 11 universities nationwide from today until the 19th.
The selection process will proceed in the order of document screening, AI competency test, interviews (1st and 2nd rounds), and headquarters/field training (3 weeks). The final successful candidates will be announced and join the company in January next year.
The most notable feature of this second half recruitment is that outstanding talents will be selected first through the second interview, followed by a 3-week opportunity for headquarters and field training to gain diverse practical experience and explore the company culture.
