Sonid, Arshexa Consortium Shareholder, to Promote Digital NFT Project for Incheon Airport Art Storage Facility
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Sonyde (CEO Choi Simyeong), a KOSDAQ-listed company, announced on the 1st that the Ars Hexa Consortium, in which it is a key shareholder, has signed an "Incheon Airport Art Storage Development Project Implementation Agreement" with Incheon International Airport Corporation and will actively promote its digital NFT business.
With this agreement, Sonyde plans to focus its digital NFT capabilities on the digital storage business once the art storage facility at Incheon Airport is completed.
Incheon International Airport Corporation and the Ars Hexa Consortium are constructing the world's largest art storage facility (site area approximately 43,669㎡) on the west side of Incheon Airport, aiming to open in the first half of 2026.
The art storage facility is a warehouse for storing high-value artworks, maintaining constant temperature and humidity to prevent damage and ensure security. The facility to be built is expected to be the largest of its kind in the world.
Choi Simyeong, CEO of Sonyde, stated, "Our company will showcase NFT technology, which has become a global trend, to digitize high-value artworks," adding, "We will do our utmost to ensure that the Incheon International Airport project, aiming to become a cultural and artistic airport, proceeds smoothly."

Meanwhile, Incheon International Airport is striving to build an Art Hub to overcome intensified competition in the aviation industry and strengthen its competitiveness. The first phase involves developing the art storage facility, the second phase plans include an art auction house, gallery, and art fair, and the third phase envisions the construction of an art museum.
