[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that it will operate an on-site comprehensive support center until the 8th to assist flood victims and guide citizens affected by the damage.
At the on-site comprehensive support center, consultations are provided on various Seoul city support measures necessary for actual flood victims, including damage recovery and livelihood support. Consultation areas include housing stability, tuition, small business loans, and comprehensive guidance related to damage recovery and livelihood support, which can be accessed through on-site visits or phone consultations.

The on-site support center will be operated at community service centers in major affected areas, and it is planned to rotate operations by region in Dongjak-gu and Gwanak-gu, the city said. Seong Jang-hoon, Director of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Administration Bureau, said, “We operate the on-site comprehensive support center to provide helpful information to flood victims suffering from the heavy rain,” adding, “We will strive to help flood victims restore their daily lives through comprehensive information provision.”
