The newly established National Assembly Center will be opened as a 6-seat analysis platform by integrating the existing Microdata Center (RDC) in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the National Assembly Library's opening.
Since November 2018, Statistics Korea has been operating Statistical Data Centers to enable the linkage and analysis of statistical data with data from other public and private institutions. It is expanding regional bases such as the Daejeon Center (34 seats), Daegu Center (15 seats), Seoul Gangnam Center (11 seats), and Seoul Jung-gu Center (10 seats).
The Statistical Data Centers provide various data including administrative statistical materials such as various statistical registers, basic data for each statistic corrected for errors from raw statistical survey data, and private data such as telecommunications, card, and credit data.
