View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] SK Shieldus (CEO Park Jin-hyo) announced on the 31st that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Holmes Care (CEO Jang Dong-su), a specialized rental management brand, to provide convenience in customers' residential lives.
Through this agreement, SK Shieldus will apply unmanned parking services such as 'T map (Tmap) Parking,' unmanned security services, and smart home services 'Caps Home' to rental buildings managed by Holmes Care, supporting the establishment of security services and solutions at reasonable costs. Holmes Care specializes in rental management and facility management for one-room apartments, multi-family officetels, and knowledge industry centers, so the cooperation between the two companies is expected to enable the provision of high-quality residential services. Both companies will actively participate in joint sales and marketing activities to maximize synergy.

Currently, the Tmap parking service is applied and operating at Dongdaegu Station Apellice Officetel and Konkuk University Villive Interas managed by Holmes Care, and unmanned security services and Caps Home will also be additionally applied. The business sites will be expanded later to develop reasonable residential services. An SK Shieldus official said, "The continuous cooperation between SK Shieldus's security infrastructure and Holmes Care, a specialized rental management brand, will contribute to the spread of differentiated residential services," adding, "We will continue to provide safer and more convenient services through cooperation with various industries."
