Plan to Increase Tenniswear Share to 25% of Domestic Apparel Sales by Next Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] FILA Korea is accelerating its tennis wear business by launching the ‘Rally Skirt’ series, its main product for this fall. FILA Korea plans to increase the proportion of tennis wear in domestic apparel sales to around 25% by next year.
On the 30th, FILA Korea announced the release of the fall tennis wear Rally Skirt series. The Rally Skirt is the main product of the FILA tennis wear collection for this fall season, consisting of three classic tennis skirts inspired by the tennis heritage, a representative sport in the brand’s 111-year history.
The Rally Skirt features a name derived from ‘rally,’ meaning exchanging tennis balls, and gathers skirts that combine style and practicality so that tennis fashion can be enjoyed both on the court and in everyday life. The representative product, the ‘Daily Rally Skirt,’ is part of the ‘Active Off’ line, suitable for wearing before and after exercise as well as daily wear, allowing for diverse and free styling in everyday life.
Along with this, skirts from the ‘Active On’ line, which provide optimal mobility during exercise based on functionality, are also introduced. The Active On line, released in two types?‘Court Rally Skirt’ and ‘Tennis Rally Skirt’?both include a ball pocket for tennis balls and built-in leggings.
