August 29 to September 16: Call for 1-2 Page A4 Essays with Pet Photos on the Theme "Sharing a Wise Companion Life"
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gangnam-gu (District Mayor Jo Seong-myeong) is hosting the "2022 Gangnam-gu Pet Photo and Essay Contest" to foster a mature pet culture, accepting submissions through the district office website from August 29 to September 16.
Now in its third year, the Gangnam-gu Pet Photo and Essay Contest is held under the theme "Sharing a Wise Pet Life," and anyone who loves pets can participate regardless of their address.
Participants should write an essay of 1 to 2 A4 pages about their pets, such as dogs or cats, accompanied by photos, and submit them via email along with the application form and pledge. Detailed information can be found in the announcement on the Gangnam-gu district office website.
The district will evaluate the entries based on excellence, originality, and future usability from September 19 to 23, awarding prizes in September: ▲Grand Prize to 1 person (500,000 KRW) ▲Excellence Prize to 2 people (300,000 KRW each) ▲Encouragement Prize to 3 people (200,000 KRW each).
