Specialized Medical Services at Lotte Construction Senior Residence 'VL Le West'

On the 23rd, Lotte Construction announced on the 24th that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ewha Womans University Medical Center at the main auditorium of Ewha Seoul Hospital in Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, regarding the activation of senior residences and the expansion of medical services for the elderly.
According to this MOU, both parties plan to develop and operate specialized medical services for residents of 'VL Le West,' including medical consultations and health checkups through specialist medical treatment and health monitoring.
'VL Le West,' supplied in the CP3-1 block within the Magok urban development project district, is a premium senior residence for those aged 60 and over, consisting of four buildings from six basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 51 to 145 square meters and a total of 810 households. It will offer senior-specialized designs and specialized hotel services from Lotte Hotel, with move-in scheduled for the second half of 2025.
Meanwhile, the signing ceremony was attended by key officials from Lotte Construction and Ewha Medical Center, including Ha Seok-ju, CEO of Lotte Construction; Lee Bu-yong, Head of the Housing Business Division; Yoo Kyung-ha, Director of Ewha Womans University Medical Center; and Im Soo-mi, Director of Ewha Seoul Hospital.
