KMI Korea Medical Institute Supports Job Experience for Vulnerable Children
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] KMI Korea Medical Institute announced on the 23rd that it conducted a social contribution activity supporting cultural activities for occupational experience for vulnerable children in the Busan area.
This activity took place at the children's occupational experience theme park (KidZania Busan). Kim Soon-yi, Chairperson of the Social Contribution Committee, Hong Woon-taek, Director of the Busan Screening Center, and KMI employees and volunteers supported children to experience various occupations and handed out multivitamins with hopes for a healthy summer.
Chairperson Kim Soon-yi said, "It was a precious time to support the dreams and hopes of children who are the future leaders," adding, "KMI will continue to actively carry out sharing activities and contribute to the local community."

KMI Korea Medical Institute, established in 1985 as a health screening institution, currently operates health screening centers in seven locations nationwide: three in Seoul (Gwanghwamun, Yeouido, Gangnam) and four regional centers (Suwon, Daegu, Busan, Gwangju). Along with activities for early detection and prevention of diseases and promotion of public health, it carries out various social contribution projects.
