"Still Have Back Pain?"…Naver Applies 'Memory' to Care AI
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Choi] Naver announced on the 22nd that it has applied the 'Remember' feature to its AI call service for elderly people living alone, called 'Clova Care Call.'
'Clova Care Call' is a service where AI calls elderly people living alone who need care, engages in conversation, and checks on their well-being. It is based on the large-scale AI 'HyperClova,' enabling natural conversations on various topics.
By applying the 'Remember' feature, the AI recalls past conversations with users and utilizes them in the next call. This enhances satisfaction through more personalized conversations and helps local governments with care tasks by continuously monitoring the condition of elderly people living alone.
The 'Clova Care Call' equipped with the Remember feature summarizes and records information on key items requiring continuous management, such as health, meals, and sleep, from previous conversations with the user, and naturally incorporates this information into the dialogue. After the call ends, it updates the status based on the responses.
