KB Capital Signs Strategic Business Partnership Agreement with Mobility Platform Company 'Charancha'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] KB Capital announced on the 11th that it signed a strategic business partnership agreement with mobility platform company Charancha Co., Ltd. on the 10th to advance the KB Chachacha service.
Founded in 2013, Charancha is a group company of the automobile specialist Deutsche Automobile and operates the 'Charancha' platform based on online business. It is an integrated mobility platform company providing services such as used car transactions, vehicle delivery services, and rental cars.
Through this business partnership agreement, KB Capital plans to link the used car transaction platform KB Chachacha, which has more than 160,000 listings and over 2 million members, with the Charancha platform to enhance customer services. They will plan a used car home delivery service that undergoes professional vehicle inspection and merchandising processes utilizing each company's infrastructure, and continuously cooperate to expand synergy by promoting joint marketing targeting customers using both platforms.
