"Fermented with 100% Probiotics" hy Relaunches Four Types of 'Balhwi Fermented Red Ginseng'
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] hy announced on the 9th that it will renew and launch four main products of its red ginseng brand 'Balhwi'.
Launched in 2013, Balhwi is made primarily from 'HY Fermented Red Ginseng Concentrate (Fermented Red Ginseng Concentrate)', which is 100% fermented with lactic acid bacteria from 6-year-old domestic red ginseng. Through the renewal, hy plans to enhance product competitiveness to a new product level and expand awareness of its self-developed fermented materials along with 'Fermented Nokyong Nokyong Cheongo', which was introduced on the 1st.
First, the ratio of the main ingredient, fermented red ginseng concentrate, was increased in three new products: △Fermented Red Ginseng K Premium △Fermented Red Ginseng K Stick △Fermented Red Ginseng Cheonjin Nokbo. As a result, the content of ginsenoside, the key component of red ginseng, has become richer. All three products meet the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety's standard for red ginseng health functional foods of 2.4mg or more. Suitable sub-ingredients were also included according to the product characteristics. 'Fermented Red Ginseng K Stick' contains quince, and 'Fermented Red Ginseng Cheonjin Nokbo' includes 'Jisam (地蔘)'.
