The Korea Service Quality Excellent Company Certification System is organized by the Korea Service Promotion Association, a certification body under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy's National Institute of Technology and Standards. It diagnoses the service quality level of institutions and awards certificates and publicly announces those with outstanding performance.
Despite difficult conditions such as the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, the Corporation received particularly high evaluations for consistently promoting ▲new citizen services such as attractions and education using the metaverse without time and space constraints ▲realizing social value through coexistence with the local community ▲discovering near-miss accidents and establishing a real-time reporting system to enhance citizen safety.
