Spokesperson Kwon O-seop was born in Cheongsong-gun, Gyeongbuk, graduated from Cheongsong High School in Gyeongbuk, and completed courses in Business Administration at Gyeongju University and Hotel and Food Service Management at the Graduate School of Industrial Management, Gyeongju University.
He played an active role as the Chair of the Organization Strengthening Committee at the People Power Party Daegu City Party Election Countermeasures Committee during the last presidential election.
