Since launching the 1st Viewer Evaluation Committee in 2015, KT Alpha Shopping has conducted customer monitoring across various areas such as products, services, broadcasting, and delivery. The Viewer Evaluation Committee has contributed not only to product improvements by directly providing opinions on product composition and pricing but also to the qualitative enhancement of sales broadcasts by monitoring KT Alpha Shopping broadcasts and suggesting product appeal points.
The 9th KT Alpha Shopping Viewer Evaluation Committee accepted applications through the KT Alpha Shopping website from the 30th of last month to the 14th of this month. A total of 35 members were finally selected based on their self-introductions and video monitoring feedback. They will be active for about one year until June next year, focusing on evaluating and selecting new products to convey customers' vivid voices. Additionally, they plan to engage in various activities such as participating in viewer broadcast panels and multi-purpose surveys related to KT Alpha Shopping to directly communicate customer demands.
