According to the Criminal Division 1 of Changwon District Court in Gyeongnam on the 26th, A had an argument with resident B, who lives upstairs, in the hallway of an apartment in Gimhae City on April 19th over noise issues between floors.
During the verbal dispute, A was charged with bringing a weapon from his kitchen and threatening to kill B while verbally abusing him.
