Justice Minister Han Dong-hoon Meets UK Ambassador and Others to Discuss Legal Cooperation
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyung-min] On the 25th, Han Dong-hoon, Minister of Justice, met with the British Ambassador to Korea and the President of the British Solicitors' Association to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation in the legal sector between the two countries.
On the morning of the same day, Minister Han met with Colin Crooks, the British Ambassador, and Stephanie Boyce, President of the British Solicitors' Association, at his office in the Government Complex Gwacheon to hear their views on the entry of the UK into the Korean legal market. They also exchanged experiences and opinions on the promotion of diversity and inclusion policies in both countries.

Both sides also agreed to strengthen cooperation in the legal sector based on the 'Korea-UK Bilateral Framework' adopted by President Yoon Seok-yeol and UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson at the NATO summit on the 30th of last month.
