The Mapo Police Station in Seoul announced on the 24th that they are investigating three U.S. military personnel, including Mr. A, on charges of assault, property damage, and obstruction of business.
Mr. A and others are accused of knocking over a taxi driver and damaging the taxi's side mirror around 1:50 a.m. the previous day in the Hongdae club district of Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
