[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Seoul Dragon City announced on the 20th that it will strengthen its dining experience by presenting the 'Jeju Island Like' promotion at the buffet restaurant 'Food Exchange' until September 30.
Food Exchange is a premium buffet restaurant that features various food markets from around the world. This time, it has been arranged so that customers can taste a variety of dishes from Jeju Island, a representative domestic travel destination, all in one place. The dishes are characterized by capturing the scent of Jeju Island that can be felt locally.
Menus reflecting Jeju's unique characteristics include Dombe-gogi (boiled pork slices), horse meat yukhoe sashimi, yellow crab marinated in soy sauce, and Jeju red shrimp jjambbong (spicy seafood noodle soup). For health-boosting dishes, Chinese representative health food bulldogjang, grilled eel, grilled abalone, and native chicken baeksuk with Neungi mushrooms are also prepared. Jeju lager draft beer is also available.
On Saturday first dinner session and Sunday dinner, a 'Tuna Filleting Show' by a professional fresh tuna chef will be held. Visitors can vividly watch the scene of a large tuna being filleted by parts. An event offering hotel accommodation vouchers is also underway. Those who wish to participate can take photos of Jeju dishes inside Food Exchange and upload them on Instagram with the required hashtags.
