Korea GM, Joint 1st Place in KSQI 'Domestic Car Dealerships and AS' Categories
Excellent Performance in Call Center Sector for 19 Consecutive Years as of May
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Korea GM announced on the 20th that it has achieved first place for 10 consecutive years in the ‘Domestic Car Dealership’ category and first place for 4 consecutive years in the ‘AS’ category in the ‘2022 Korea Service Quality Index (KSQ)’ conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
In this evaluation, Korea GM was recognized as the number one company in service quality for 10 consecutive years in the domestic car dealership category with a score of 96 out of 100, and was selected as the best company for 4 consecutive years in the AS category with a score of 93. In particular, in the 11 items evaluating the customer’s perception of service quality, the sales category received perfect scores in tone, intonation, and form of address, as well as listening attitude, while the AS category received high evaluations for kindness and listening attitude.
To commemorate this award, on the 19th, a celebration was held at the Bupyeong headquarters attended by Roberto Rempel, President of Korea GM, Carlos Minert, Vice President of Sales, Service, and Marketing, employees, and related parties including Soohee Han, CEO of Korea Management Association Consulting.
President Roberto Rempel said, “Korea GM’s selection as the best company for multiple years in both sales and service in the credible KSQI survey was possible thanks to the hard work of employees who provided the best service at the closest point to the customer,” and added, “GM will continue its business based on customer-centric and customer-first values, with the belief that ‘the customer must always be at the center of everything we do.’”
