Smilegate Changup Foundation Orange Planet Holds Overseas Expansion Mentoring 'Global Orange Class'
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Orange Planet Startup Foundation announced on the 13th that it will hold the alumni overseas expansion mentoring program, "Global Orange Class."
Global Orange Class is a program that seeks to support overseas expansion of Orange Planet alumni startups and helps build a global networking foundation. It is an opportunity to hear the experiences and insights of senior entrepreneurs and local experts who are active on the global stage.
This Global Orange Class is scheduled to be held twice each in July and August. The lectures on July 13 and August 24 will be conducted online, while the lectures on July 21 and August 11 will be held offline at Orange Planet.
Starting with Nam Taehee, CEO of Storm Ventures, on the 13th, Josh Lee, CEO of the global collaboration tool startup Sweet, will speak on July 21, and Kim Woojin, CEO of Business Canvas, will speak on August 11. Finally, on August 24, Song Saera, CEO of Champagne, will give a lecture sharing various trials, errors, and know-how.
Meanwhile, Orange Planet has been actively supporting startup creation since 2014, and the corporate value of startups supported over the past eight years amounts to 2.1633 trillion KRW (as of the first half of 2022).
