According to Fairmont Ambassador on the 12th, Fairmont Ambassador Seoul, an international hotel brand that originated in Canada, planned this promotion to celebrate Canada Day together on the 1st of this month.
During the Canadian Surf and Turf promotion, they will additionally offer Canadian sirloin steak with truffle mash, Canadian ribeye steak, black pepper sauce beef stir-fry, and Canadian live lobster grill, aiming to captivate customers' taste buds tired from the summer heat.

Spectrum's lunch buffet operates from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and the dinner buffet runs from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Prices for adults are 115,000 KRW per person for weekday lunch, 140,000 KRW per person for weekday dinner, and 140,000 KRW and 150,000 KRW for weekend lunch and dinner, respectively. Children aged 5 to 11 receive a 50% discount.
