K Bank Adam Loan and Jeonse Loan Interest Rates Further Reduced... Up to 0.44%p Drop
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] K Bank announced on the 12th that it will lower the interest rates on apartment mortgage loans and jeonse loans by up to 0.44% and 0.41% per annum, respectively. This is the second reduction in just three weeks since the maximum 0.41% cut on mortgage and jeonse loan rates on the 22nd of last month.
Among the variable interest rate mortgage loan products, the ▲New Balance CoFIX (6 months) product's interest rates were lowered by 0.43~0.44% per annum depending on customer grade, and the ▲Financial Bond Linked Rate (6 months) product's rates were reduced by 0.33~0.34% per annum. Accordingly, the New Balance CoFIX (6 months) product's interest rates were cut to 3.90~4.62% per annum, and the Financial Bond Linked Rate (6 months) product's rates were lowered to 3.49~4.21% per annum as of that day.
The fixed-rate hybrid mortgage loan product saw a reduction of 0.02~0.03% per annum depending on customer grade, adjusting the rates to 4.11~4.60% per annum.
K Bank also lowered the interest rates on jeonse loans. The general jeonse loan rates were reduced by 0.34~0.36% per annum depending on grade, and the youth jeonse loan rates were cut by 0.41% per annum for all customers. As a result, the general jeonse loan rates dropped to 3.11~4.37% per annum, and the youth jeonse loan rates fell to 2.86~3.10% per annum.

A K Bank official stated, "We have further lowered the mortgage and jeonse loan interest rates to ease the burden of housing costs on our customers," adding, "We will continue to strive to reduce customer burdens and expand benefits."
