They are △ Jeong Young-jun, Head of Economic Policy Division △ Yoon Jae-sam, Head of Environmental Policy Division △ Yoon Bo-young, Head of Health and Medical Policy Division △ Jang Young-min, Labor Policy Officer △ Kim Seon-su, Head of Housing Policy Division △ Kim Jae-jin, Budget Officer △ Min Su-hong, Head of Personnel Division △ Lim Chang-su, Head of Road Planning Division △ Jo Nam-jun, Head of Urban Planning Division, totaling nine people.
Among the promoted appointees, those who passed the state examination are Kim Jae-jin (Officer), Jeong Young-jun (Head), Yoon Jae-sam (Head), Min Su-hong (Head), and Lim Chang-su (Head). Those who did not pass the state examination are Jang Young-min (Officer), Yoon Bo-young (Head), Kim Seon-su (Head), and Jo Nam-jun (Head).
