Dexter Studio Participates as Co-Investor in Alien+ Part 1
Responsible for overall post-production processes including visual effects, sound, and DI
Dexter Studio announced on the 27th that it has participated as a co-investor in director Choi Dong-hoon's new work, "Alien+In" Part 1. "Alien+In" Part 1 is an SF film depicting events that unfold when the gate of time opens between the late Goryeo period Taoists seeking the legendary divine sword and those chasing an alien prisoner trapped inside a human body. The cast includes Kim Woo-bin, Ryu Jun-yeol, Kim Tae-ri, So Ji-sub, Yum Jung-ah, Jo Woo-jin, and Kim Eui-sung.

Dexter Studio was responsible for the overall post-production processes including visual effects, sound, and digital intermediate (DI) color grading. Kim Wook and Kang Jong-ik, representatives of Dexter Studio, self-assessed, "We utilized all our know-how and technical skills to complete powerful visuals and sound." Their top-tier technical capabilities are greatly contributing to the recovery of the Korean film industry. They handled post-production for films such as "The Outlaws 2," which surpassed 10 million viewers for the first time this year, as well as "Broker" and "The Witch 2." Films scheduled for release this summer, including "Decision to Leave," "Hunt," and "Emergency Declaration," also underwent post-production at Dexter Studio.
