[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] Teenage students who took turns collectively assaulting a peer near a construction site have been referred to the prosecution.
On the 22nd, the Gangdong Police Station in Seoul announced that four teenage students were sent to the prosecution without detention on the 20th of last month on charges of group assault. It was confirmed that they are not juvenile offenders under the age of 14.
Four individuals, including Mr. A, are accused of collectively assaulting a teenage female, Ms. B, near a construction site in Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, around 7:30 PM on the 9th of last month.
