Subscription applications will be accepted through the 'Rhythm City Woomirin' website starting on the 28th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 30th, and contracts will be conducted over four days from the 5th to the 8th of next month.
The subscription conditions allow any household head aged 19 or older with Korean nationality residing in Uijeongbu or the metropolitan area to apply, regardless of subscription savings account status, home ownership, income level, or history of winning housing subscriptions.

The maximum guaranteed rental period for 'Rhythm City Woomirin' is 10 years. Lease contracts are renewed every two years, with rent increases limited to within 5% per year. During the 10-year lease period, there are no tax burdens such as acquisition tax, registration tax, or property tax, and lease rights can be transferred.
