View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) donated 55 million KRW to the Busan Community Chest of Korea on the 20th to support housing expenses for youth preparing for independence in the Busan area.
Youth preparing for independence refers to young people who must live independently by themselves after the termination of protection in child welfare facilities and the cessation of economic and social support previously provided by the state.
HF employees conducted the ‘Happy Feet with HF’ campaign from April 29 to May 27, raising donation funds through walking.
The corporation plans to use the 55 million KRW raised through the campaign to support housing expenses for 33 youth preparing for independence residing in Busan, as recommended by the Busan Child Protection Youth Independence Support Center.
