According to Seogu on the 20th, Home Training In House is a real-time interactive exercise program using the Zoom application on smartphones, where fitness experts at the Physical Fitness Certification Center teach stretching, aerobic, and strength exercises using small equipment.
The second half program for this year will operate the first round from the 4th of next month to September 23rd, three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday / 8:10 AM to 8:40 AM).
The second round is designed for office workers who find it difficult to exercise during the day and will run twice a week (Tuesday, Thursday / 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM) from the 5th of next month to September 23rd. Participants can choose one of the two classes to attend.
Any resident aged 19 or older who is proficient in using a smartphone can participate, and applications can be made via phone.
Participants will be provided with exercise small equipment (gym ball, yoga mat, tripod, etc.) on loan.
The program will be conducted after assessing the current fitness level of participants through essential fitness measurements by life cycle from ‘National Fitness 100’ in advance.
In particular, fitness measurements will be conducted before and after participation in the exercise program so that participants can compare their physical fitness improvement.
A Seogu official said, “Since the response from participants in the first half program was very positive, we have prepared the exercise program with our best efforts so that participants in the second half will also be satisfied with this project. We ask for many applications.”
