June Third Week, 7th Private Preliminary Subscription Begins... Nationwide 5,197 Households Accepting Applications

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] In the third week of June, including the 7th round of private pre-subscription, about 68% of the total housing supply is expected to be concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area.

According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 5,197 households (including officetels, pre-subscription, public sales, and rentals, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications at 11 locations nationwide in the third week of June. Among them, 3,553 households, accounting for 68.37%, will be supplied in the Seoul metropolitan area.

This pre-subscription will be conducted in a total of 6 blocks of the mixed-use complex in Paju Unjeong 3 District, a 2nd phase new town in the Seoul metropolitan area. Out of a total of 2,476 households, 2,118 households will be supplied as pre-subscription units.

Among the sales complexes other than pre-subscription, on the 21st, Hyundai Construction will accept first-priority subscription applications from the relevant area for "Hillstate Bullo Forest," being built in Bullo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. It consists of 8 buildings, from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 736 households, all with a single exclusive area of 84㎡.

On the same day, SK Ecoplant and GS Construction will accept first-priority subscription applications for "Cheongju SK VIEW Xi," being built in Bongmyeong-dong, Cheongju, Chungbuk. The complex consists of 14 buildings, from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 101㎡, totaling 1,745 households. The complex is being developed as a reconstruction maintenance project of Bongmyeong 1 District in Cheongju, with 1,097 households available for general supply.
