"Improved Ease of Use and Storage" Ottogi Launches 3 Types of 'Meat Seasoning Sauces'
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Ottogi announced on the 14th that it has launched three types of 'meat seasoning sauces' in cap spout pack containers to enhance convenience.
The meat seasoning sauces include ▲ Gochujang Bulgogi Sauce ▲ Bulgogi Sauce ▲ Galbi Sauce. Using spout packs with attached caps, the sauces are less likely to spill or stain when poured, and the leftover sauce can be conveniently stored after using only the needed amount.
The 'Gochujang Bulgogi Sauce' offers a deep flavor that penetrates the meat well by adding Ottogi's secret minced seasoning to spicy gochujang, while the 'Bulgogi Sauce' and 'Galbi Sauce' are made by simmering brewed soy sauce with seven kinds of fruits and three kinds of vegetables to enhance a sweet and subtle umami taste.
The new products use green-certified packaging materials that have received green technology product certification. The green-certified packaging uses water-based ink and adhesives, reducing environmental toxins compared to conventional packaging and lowering harmfulness. This packaging technology also reduces carbon dioxide emissions generated during the production process.
An Ottogi representative stated, “To improve the inconvenience consumers experienced with the existing bottle-type sauces, we enhanced ease of use and storage through spout packs with caps. We will target the meat seasoning sauce market by leading with differentiated new products.”
