Prosecutors Seek Arrest Warrant for Former Minister Baek Woon-gyu in 'Ministry of Industry Blacklist' Case

The Criminal Division 6 of the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Choi Hyung-won) announced on the 13th that it had requested a pre-arrest warrant for former Minister Baek on charges of abuse of authority and obstruction of the exercise of rights, related to forcing the resignation of heads of power public enterprises under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy during the early Moon Jae-in administration.
