AIA Life Donates to 'Dream Again' Prosthetic Leg Support for Disabled

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] AIA Life announced on the 13th that it has carried out the social contribution activity "Dream Again," which supports the dreams and futures of amputee disabled people who have lost parts of their bodies due to sudden accidents or illnesses.
On the 10th, AIA Life held the "Dream Again Donation Ceremony" at Hyundai Bloom Vista in Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province, and delivered a donation of 20 million KRW to the Seoul Community Chest of Korea together with 180 donors who are AIA MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) Master Planners.
This donation will be used to support amputee disabled people who have become disabled due to diseases or sudden accidents.
Since 2017, AIA Life has been continuing the "Dream Again" campaign to support the recovery of physical functions and rehabilitation motivation of amputee disabled people. In particular, AIA Life's MDRTs prepare a certain amount of donations every year to fulfill their social responsibility and participate in helping amputee disabled people.
Including this year, AIA Life has raised a total of 350 million KRW in donations to support prosthetic legs for 33 amputee disabled people, ranging from archery athletes, ice hockey players, dance sports athletes, disability awareness improvement instructors, special school teachers, to young students.

Jung Seongsuk, Chairperson of the AIA Life MDRT Management Committee, said, "Master Planners devote most of their time to customer consultations and advice to participate in the group's mission to help many people live 'healthier, longer, and better lives.'" She added, "I hope the 'Dream Again' campaign will help change citizens' perceptions and increase sensitivity toward amputee disabled people."
