Daewoo E&C 'Gwacheon Prugio Bellarte' Commercial Space Sale
Daewoo Construction announced on the 13th that it will sell commercial spaces within the 'Gwacheon Prugio Bellarte' complex located in Block S6 of the Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town public housing district in Galhyeon-dong, Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The commercial spaces will be located on the basement level 1, consisting of 11 stores, and are situated at the main entrance of the complex along the main road for convenient access by residents and visitors.
The commercial spaces within the complex secure a fixed demand from 504 households and are expected to benefit from abundant surrounding demand including a planned kindergarten, planned elementary school, and knowledge-based industry sites nearby.
The sale will be conducted through a sealed bid auction with the undisclosed base price, and bids will be accepted from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on June 14. The bid deposit is 10 million KRW per store, which must be deposited into the designated account, and the deposit slip along with the application documents must be submitted during the bid application.

The winners will be announced on the same day between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, and contracts with the successful bidders will be signed from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on June 15. The expected move-in date is October 2022.
