Continental Tire 'SportContact 7' Wins Red Dot Award and iF Design Award
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Continental's new sports tire, the 'SportContact 7,' has announced on the 13th that it has consecutively won the international design awards 'Red Dot Awards' and 'iF Design Awards.'
Continental's ultra-high-performance tire SportContact 7 was recognized as a product with 'design and innovation' by 48 members of the 2022 Red Dot jury worldwide. The Red Dot Design Award is one of the world's largest design competitions, divided into three submission categories: ▲Product ▲Communication and Brand ▲Prototype and Concept.
SportContact 7 also won the main prize in the automotive/vehicle product category at this year's 'iF Design Awards.' Established in 1954, the iF Design Award is held once a year by the world's oldest independent design organization, 'iF International Forum Design,' and is recognized as a symbol and trademark of excellent design. The award's design fields include product, packaging, communication and service design, architecture and interior, professional concept, UX (user experience), and UI (user interface).
