Starting as a powdered form, Ottogi Curry evolved in 1981 into the retort pouch type '3-minute Curry,' considered the first home meal replacement (HMR) in Korea, and has maintained its position as the market leader ever since. Ottogi has been expanding its lineup by continuously launching curry products that combine taste and nutrition, such as 'Baekse Curry,' which increases turmeric content by more than 50% and includes beta-glucan, dietary fiber, and oats to enhance nutritional value; 'Fermented Turmeric Curry,' reflecting consumers' positive perception of fermented products; and '3-Day Aged Curry,' which uses curry powder made by grinding a 3-day aged sauce and various spices directly.
