It is an ambitious creation prepared over a long period by Barda Kim Seonsaeng’s research and development team.
Crispy Shredded Potato Fries are made by frying long shredded potatoes into a round pancake shape until crispy, then cutting them into bite-sized pieces. They are plated in a modern style with cheddar cheese sauce, special mayo, and green scallions. The accompanying side of pickled chili strips adds a sharp spiciness that enhances the umami flavor. Additionally, the chewy texture of shiitake mushrooms as a topping combined with the crispy fries provides a delightful experience in every bite.
