"Just the photo file, please"... Emart24 Creates Goods for You
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Emart24 is launching the industry's first photo goods service.
On the 8th, Emart24 announced that it will provide a service that creates goods using photos from smartphones in collaboration with the goods production company ‘Platform 365’.
Emart24 introduced this customizing goods production service to cater to the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), who prefer unique ‘only mine’ items that stand out from others and express their individuality.
Customers who want to create photo goods can visit a nearby Emart24 store to place an order. They can choose the desired product by looking at the brochure available in the store and make the payment.
After payment, a URL where detailed information can be entered will be sent to the contact number provided. Customers can upload their desired photos, enter size and delivery address, and the goods will be delivered free of charge.
It is possible to order customized goods with your own photos on clothing (4 types of tops), frames (3 types), cushions (2 types), mugs (2 types), tumblers (1 type), and clocks (3 types).
The price of goods ranges from 10,000 to 20,000 KRW, with most products priced affordably in the 10,000 KRW range.
Customers can create products that reflect their tastes and individuality, and also make goods with photos of family or loved ones as gifts for special occasions.
To commemorate the launch of this photo goods service, all customers who purchase goods production products will receive a smart talk accessory featuring Emart24’s character Wondungi as a gift. The smart talk will be sent together with the goods.
Before this photo goods service, Emart24 had introduced unique products not usually seen in convenience stores, such as screen golf boxes and gold bars, which received great responses from customers.
