According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 2,666 units (including officetels and public pre-sales, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications at seven locations nationwide in the first week of June. This is a 65.8% decrease compared to last week's supply of 7,797 units.
On the 8th, DL E&C will accept subscription applications for "e-Pyeonhansesang City Gosaek," located in Gosaek-dong, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi Province. The complex consists of 3 buildings, 430 units, ranging from 4 basement floors to 14 above-ground floors.
On the same day, Hyundai Engineering & Construction will hold first-priority subscription applications for "Hillstate Hwangseong," located in Hwangseong-dong, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The complex consists of 6 buildings, 608 units with a floor area of 84㎡ each, ranging from 2 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors.
Model houses will open at two locations. On the 10th, Hyundai Engineering & Construction plans to open the model house for "Hillstate Bullo Forest," located in Bullo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. The complex consists of 8 buildings, 736 units with a single floor area of 84㎡, ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors.
On the same day, GS Engineering & Construction will open the model house for "Wonho Xi The Forest," located in Wonho-ri, Goa-eup, Gumi-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The complex consists of 7 buildings, 834 units with floor areas ranging from 84 to 114㎡, ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors.
