This is to inform future customers, including the MZ generation, about the role of batteries in the field of eco-friendly energy and to share the company's vision and management philosophy.
The newly launched reporter group consists of 24 university students from Korea, the United States, China, and Europe. The group is named "Better Leaders." The first-generation members recently held an online inauguration ceremony and began their activities. LG Energy Solution is the first in the domestic battery industry to operate a global university student reporter group.
Better Leaders means a gathering of LG Energy Solution, leading the battery industry, and creator leaders who will lead the future. The first-generation members were selected through a competitive process with a 16:1 ratio over the past two months. They plan to create content related to the electric vehicle industry, batteries, eco-friendly energy, and ESG (environment, social, governance) fields worldwide, tailored to the perspective of the MZ generation. They will also engage in various activities such as global energy-saving challenges and eco-friendly energy policy discussions, playing a role in informing future customers about LG Energy Solution's business vision and management philosophy.
LG Energy Solution stated, "The first generation of Better Leaders are future talents selected through strict criteria such as passion, teamwork, pride as reporters, capability, and creativity," adding, "Together with them, we will widely promote not only the future advanced industry of batteries but also LG Energy Solution's future strategies leading the industry to the world."
