Iranian Military: "Ceasefire Was an Opportunity to Strengthen Forces...We Treated It Like Wartime"
The Iranian military stated that it used the past six weeks of ceasefire as an opportunity to strengthen its forces.
On the 19th (local time), Mohammad Akraminia, spokesperson for the Iranian military, said at a pro-government rally held at Vali Asr Square in Tehran, "The military treated the ceasefire period as if it were wartime," adding, "We used this as an opportunity to enhance our combat capabilities."
He also warned, "If the enemy (the United States) once again makes a foolish move and falls into the trap of the Zionists (Israel), invading Iran again, we will open a new front with new tools and means."

He further emphasized, "The Iranian military has secured complete command over the Strait of Hormuz," and stressed, "That strategic strait will never return to its previous state."
