Tattoos Art Museum Operates Program Linked to 3·15 Uprising Origin Memorial Hall
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] The Changwon City Masan Museum in Gyeongnam will operate group programs linked with the Changwon City Masan Moonshin Art Museum and the 3·15 Uprising Origin Memorial Hall starting June 1.
At the Masan Museum and the 3·15 Uprising Origin Memorial Hall, programs such as the Smart Mission Tour and Democracy Night~Let's Play! tour will be held, while the Moonshin Art Museum will offer children's activity programs like ABC and Moonshin Art Coloring, allowing participants to experience local history that cannot be learned from textbooks through hands-on activities.
The Masan Museum is piloting the Smart Mission Tour program for class units of about 25 people, and due to positive responses from teachers and students, nearby schools have continuously requested group experiences for grades of 100 to 200 students.
Initially, the Masan Museum was unable to accommodate all participants, leading to unavoidable refusals, but through collaboration with nearby cultural facilities, student numbers have been distributed, making it possible to operate groups of over 100 people.
Programs provided by each institution are free of charge, and when using linked programs, the admission fee to the Moonshin Art Museum is waived.
Group experiences of about 20 people interested in local history and cultural arts are free of charge and can be registered through official documents.
