Mokpo Coast Guard Supports Safety Management at '2022 Mokpo Maritime W Show'
Flexible Operation of Patrol Ships and Coastal Rescue Boats, Thorough Preparation for Safety Accidents
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Mokpo Maritime Police Agency announced on the 31st that it will provide maritime safety management support during the ‘2022 Mokpo Maritime W Show Showcase’ held at the sea fountain stage in Peace Square, Mokpo City, from November 3 to November 25.
During the event period, Mokpo Maritime Police will flexibly operate patrol vessels and coastal rescue boats from branch offices to manage safety in preparation for maritime accidents, and maintain a rapid response posture for prompt rescue in case of potential casualties.
They also plan to strengthen maritime accident response by establishing an emergency communication network with related organizations and maintaining an emergency mobilization system to prepare for urgent situations.
