The Consultation Support AI is a system that analyzes the content of calls with customers in real time using AI and automatically provides the necessary content for consultation.
After converting the customer's voice into text in real time, the AI understands the customer's intent in areas such as deposits, loans, and electronic finance, and provides the necessary information for consultation to the staff. The bank explained that this reduces the knowledge search time, resulting in a decrease of about 20 seconds or more in customer consultation time.
