HK Innoen Awarded 'Excellence in Gender Employment Equality'

The event was attended by a total of 24 companies awarded in the fields of gender employment equality and proactive employment improvement measures, including Lee Jung-sik, Minister of Employment and Labor. HK inno.N was honored with an award in the proactive employment improvement measures category. Notably, among the eight recipients selected as awardees in this category, HK inno.N was the only private company included, adding greater significance to the achievement.
The Excellent Company for Gender Employment Equality Award is given to companies that lead the realization of gender employment equality by creating a work environment where employees can work equally regardless of gender and supporting the balance between work and family.
HK inno.N was highly evaluated for its contributions to creating a gender-equal organizational culture, including ▲expanding the proportion of female managers ▲equal starting salaries for male and female new employees ▲active operation of emergency childcare leave system and shortened working hours during childcare period ▲establishment of new systems related to pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare ▲increase in male employees taking parental leave.
The employment rate of female workers at HK inno.N has increased for three consecutive years, from 24.8% in 2019 to 25.1% in 2020 and 26.8% in 2021. In particular, since 2020, the company has actively led efforts to employ and retain female talent, with the rate of female employment and female managers exceeding 70% of the industry average for two consecutive years.
