Pamicell, Three Consecutive Years of Free Employee Stock Ownership Contribution
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Pharmicell announced on the 30th that it will donate 50 million KRW in cash and 10,000 company shares held by CEO Kim Hyunsoo to the employee stock ownership association free of charge.
CEO Kim Hyunsoo has been donating shares free of charge for three consecutive years since 2020. The total gifted shares amount to 40,000 shares.
Kim's free donation reflects not only gratitude for the efforts of employees but also a commitment to achieve mutual growth. It can also be interpreted as a measure to enhance employees' sense of belonging and encourage long-term service.
CEO Kim Hyunsoo said, "Corporate growth is impossible without the efforts of employees," adding, "We continue to make free donations so that we can share the results with our employees."
